Truth is, I miss the old us. The us that could spend hours together literally doing nothing and still have fun. The us that would look at each other and just laugh at nothing. I miss seeing you everyday and you walking me to class. I miss having the school know that we were an us. Remember when we were like the model couple in high school, people were confused on why we didn’t win class couple? Now that part of our lives is over and we’re in college; we’re chasing two huge dreams, in two very different directions. Honestly I’m just starting to get scared what if you get everything you ever wanted and you forget about me? What if my life becomes nothing what I planned? What do I do then if I’m not with you? I heard someone say, “I’ve been on my own for so long and I’m very independent and I’m afraid to be with someone and rely on them, then they leave.” Well I’ve already done that, I love you and I find myself relying on you to just be there, but what if you leave then what do I do? I miss not having to think about what was gonna happen from moment to moment because it didn’t matter, I knew you would be there. Nowadays, I’m not so sure.
